Pulmonary rehabilitation has been proven to help people with moderate to severe COPD breathe better, be more active, and live happier lives.
If you know the stage of your COPD, whether your stage 2, 3, or 4 – participating in Lift Pulmonary Rehab can help you! Stage 4 is sometimes called "end stage", but we do not like to use that term at Lift because you can live a good life for many years, even with so-called "end stage" COPD.
In addition to COPD, pulmonary rehabilitation has been demonstrated to help people with other progressive conditions that affect the cardiopulmonary system including:
- Emphysema
- Alpha-1 Deficiency
- Chronic Bronchitis
- Pulmonary Fibrosis or IPF
- Uncontrolled Asthma
- Sacoidosis
- Pulmonary Hypertension
- Lung Transplant (pre- and post-op)
Whether you are a true beginner looking to build up your strength or you have completed a hospital-based program in the past, Lift Pulmonary Rehab has classes that you can participate in and benefit from!
