Lift Pulmonary Rehab's evidence-based and interactive classes are developed and taught by a multidisciplinary team that includes respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, dieticians, physical therapists, fitness instructors, and psychologists from top pulmonary rehabilitation programs and institutions around the country.
The following categories of classes are available to Lift Members. New Classes are added monthly:
- Breathing
- Meditation
- Flexibility
- Strengthening
- Endurance (Interval walking, distance walking, dance, etc.)
- Balance
- Posture
- Relaxation
- Education and Tips
Each day, we recommend a set of Lift classes for you to participate in that will help you improve your strength and endurance and reduce your shortness of breath.
You can participate in Lift classes any time throughout the day and can go at your own pace. If you really enjoy a class, you can add it to your "Favorites" list so you can easily find it and watch it as many times as you would like.
