For most Lift classes, you do not need any special equipment to participate!
We always suggest having the following:
- A water bottle
- Your oxygen (if applicable)
- Your rescue inhaler (if applicable)
- Your pulse oximeter (if applicable)
If a piece of equipment is suggested for a specific Lift class, our trainers will also provide common household items that could be used as an alternative to the suggested equipment. Here are some optional items used in some Lift classes:
- Hand Weights (1-5 lbs)
- Ankle Weights (1-2 lbs)
- Resistance Bands
For individuals that are looking for an alternative to walking during endurance interval and distance classes, we recommend getting a Floor Peddler that you can use similarly to a stationary bike or place on the table and use an arm bike as an alternative to walking.

I have been attending Pulmonary rehab for the last several weeks in our local hospital. I have one more class to to go. I do not want to waste the time I have spent, that is why I am investigating the lift method. I am ready to commit to trying your system. I wish to live awhile longer and and I think your classes will help me acquire that wish.
