For most Lift classes, you can participate while standing or seated. For breathing and relaxation classes, many can be completed lying down, as well.
Lift trainers will offer modifications to many exercise so that people of all fitness levels can participate in Lift classes. You can always send a message to our trainers to ask about a modification to an exercise if you are unsure of a technique that will work for you.
