Lift classes are designed for all levels, whether you struggle to walk 3 minutes straight or you are able to walk 20 minutes or more. The Lift trainers will always give modifications for more advanced options that you can decide if you want to take.
Even if you can't participate in the entire class, that is okay! Be patient with yourself and focus on making steady progress over time. Continue to stay committed to participating in classes and over time you will see the positive impact of Pulmonary Rehab on your breathing, you endurance, and how far you are able to walk.
