Lift Members receive an email with the all of the daily programs for the upcoming week each Sunday. The current week's Lift Program is also always available by going to www.copdlift.com/classes.
Every day of Lift is a little different and includes a variety of classes so you can keep yourself challenged. New classes are added regularly. You can go at your own pace and participate as many or as few days as you would like each week. Additionally, all classes are also easily accessible in the On Demand section of Lift.
