Lift classes are designed to be simple and short so that they can fit into anyone's schedule.
Everyday, we recommend a set of classes that you can follow along with to get the most out of Lift. You can go at your own pace, watch classes at any time throughout the day, and participate in the recommended program as many or as few days as you would like to.
If you want to create your own schedule from On-Demand classes, below are some suggestions for each class type. The important thing is to start slow, listen to your body, take breaks when you need them, and make steady progress over time!
