To ensure uninterrupted service, all Lift Memberships are renewed automatically using the payment source on file. For 6-month and 12-month memberships, will send you a reminder via email 1 week before your membership renews to remind you of the upcoming payment. If you do not cancel services prior to the auto-renewal, you will not be refunded.
For our monthly membership subscription, it will renew automatically on the same day each month (the day you subscribed), unless cancelled. If you would like to set a specific billing day, please call us at 855-222-5002.
6-month, and 12-month memberships are billed in one payment at the time of purchase or at the time of upgrade from a Monthly Membership, as specified at time of purchase.
