What if I have a question about COPD or about a Lift class?

There are a number of ways to get your questions answered by our team!

If you have a question about COPD, you can submit a question on the Lift home page for our Respiratory Therapist, DeLana Swafford, to answer in the section labelled "Ask the Respiratory Therapist". You will be notified via email when a Lift team member has responded to your question. 

If you have a question about a specific class, you will see a text box below the class video where you can submit questions or comments to the trainer or instructor. You will be notified via email when a Lift team member has responded to your question.
