If you are unable to play Lift classes from your desktop or laptop computer, follow these steps:
- Log out of your account by clicking this link: www.copdlift.com/logout and then try logging back in
- Close your current browser and open a new browser window
- Clear the cache and cookies for your current browser*
- Ensure cookies are enabled

WINDOWS: Press Ctrl+Shift+Del
MAC: Press Command+Shift+Delete
If the classes are taking a long time to load or are pausing to buffer, follow these steps:
Option 1: When you first start the class, click the pause button in the bottom left hand corner of the video window and give it a couple minutes to load before pressing play again and starting the class (See screenshots below with instructions):
Option 2: In the bottom right hand corner, there is an icon that looks like a gear that you can scroll over (computer) or tap (tablet or phone) to adjust the video quality. It should show a list of options. Try selecting the “360p“ option. (See screenshots below with instructions for phones and tablets and computers):
