How do I to Access the On Demand Section of Lift?

The On Demand section of Lift is where you will find all of the Lift classes and is an opportunity for you to look at any class you would like and the variety of classes we have. The On Demand section includes class categories, educational courses, and bad breathing day courses.

1. Go to copdlift.com and login to your account
2. When prompted to continue where you left off, select "No Thanks"
3. Click on the tab labelled "On Demand"
4. Click on a specific category of classes or scroll down to the educational courses or bad breathing day courses.
5. Click to bring up that list of classes and click on any class to play.
